In June, 2009, the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal unveiled new concert venue L’Astral. With a 320 cabaret-style seating capacity and 600 standing capacity, a state-of-the-art sound technology, and a configuration that offers spectators optimal viewing and an intimate setting, L’Astral has already become a major destination in the Quartier des spectacles. Operating all year round, this intimate venue offers the best conditions to host a wide array of musical events.

The rental cost covers the sound and lighting equipment discussed in L'Astral's technical specifications, furniture (cabaret tables and chairs), maintenance and set-up personnel, as well as bar-service staff, including management.
